How JCB cards work#
JCB Co., Ltd. was established in January 1961 and issued Japan’s first credit card two months later. Its head office is in Tokyo. Together with its financial partners, the card issuers, JCB provides credit, debit and prepaid cards that are accepted in more than 160 countries and territories.
